Somewhere between the job, the kids, the caregiving, the side hustle, the philanthropy work…
You disappeared.
Now you’re wondering: Who am I beyond all this? What truly brings me joy?
We craft custom experiences and conversations to help you reconnect with who you are beyond your to-do list.
It doesn't require 6 weeks off your daily roles or an overseas flight.
Choose your path forward: A weekend away, a day to reset or circles of connection.
You or someone you know needs a spark.
That’s why I created On Leave. I believe we find ourselves through honest conversations and experiences that give us the opportunity to wander, create and learn.
No group retreats or generic spa days here. Instead, I craft personalized experiences in carefully chosen U.S. cities and towns – think coffee ground readings in a local shop, cake-making in a sunlit kitchen and an art walk through a secret alleyway.
Each experience is designed to help you reconnect with who you are when no one else needs anything from you.

Go "On Leave" from your usual rhythms.
We can’t discover what’s next while staying in the same routine, the same environment, the same patterns.
Magic happens when we give ourselves permission to step into new experiences and conversations. To see ourselves through fresh eyes. To remember who we are beyond the roles we play.
On Leave is about introducing new perspectives, reconnecting you with your natural curiosity and creating lasting inspiration, not just a temporary escape. And On Leave makes it all accessible in three ways:

What lights up your soul?
For our weekend and one-day experiences, you don’t need to figure anything out. No planning. No researching. No decision fatigue. Through careful attention to you, we’ll design an experience that helps you reconnect with yourself.
You don’t even need to bring ideas to the table. In fact, the process works best when you don't.
If you’re curious what self-care could look like for you beyond the usual spa days, start here. Our quick 7-question quiz helps you uncover whether you’re naturally drawn to wandering, creating or learning.
The magic of going On Leave:
“I'm so busy that it would seem counterintuitive to add something else to my schedule – but this day was perfectly curated for me and I didn't need to do any work to make it happen. Afterwards, I felt less overwhelmed. And I found new activities I enjoy. Now that I've dipped my toes in the water, I want to do this again!”
