Here's how it works: We meet virtually every other week for six months, or whatever cadence works for you. In months 4-5, you do a custom curated one-day or weekend experience. Because getting outside your usual environment creates the spark that deepens the work. That's what makes On Leave distinct.

 

I'd love to give you a neat chart of what we'll cover each week. But the truth is, it's entirely customized based on your goals and where you are. Generally, we start with permission-giving conversations: Where do you need to give yourself permission? Then we move into possibility: What opens up when you do?

 

The investment starts at $3,500 (with a one-day experience included) for six months of working together. This can be paid upfront or broken into monthly payments.
